Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Ripple Pure
  • 12 oz. mushrooms, cremini or button
  • 6 Tbsp salted butter, melted
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley

Extras

Feel free to add sun-dried tomatoes, thyme, pecorino, pine nuts, and panko bread crumbs

Make it Vegan

Sub non-dairy butter and non-dairy cheese or nutritional yeast flakes

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Rinse the mushrooms. Break off the stems and set aside for other use (they’re great to add to any vegetable dish).
  2. Brush the mushroom caps with melted butter, then place top-side down on a sheet pan
  3. Stir the spices, herbs, and Ripple into the remaining butter, then add the breadcrumbs and cheese
  4. Add a spoonful of the mixture to each cap, and bake for 9-12 minutes
  5. Wow your guests with your culinary prowess (but be sure to tell them it does contain THC)

 

Spacey Salad Dressing

Servings: 5

THC per Serving: 1mg THC + 1mg CBD/serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 packed Ripple Balanced
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 TBsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Extras

Feel free to add 1 tsp minced garlic

Make it Vegan

Sub maple syrup for honey

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or serving vessel and whisk or shake thoroughly

Smashed Mashed Potatoes

Servings: 5

THC per Serving: 2mg THC + 2mg CBD/serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 packed Ripple Revive
  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Fresh chives, for garnish

Extras

Feel free to add some cheddar cheese

Make it Vegan

Sub non-dairy butter/milk/sourcream/cheese or omit the sour cream and cheese altogether

Steps

  1. Chop the potatoes into even cubes. Place in a pot with the garlic and 1 tbs salt, and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are easily pierced with a form (about 15-20 minutes)
  2. Drain and return to the pot. Mash the potatoes to your desired consistency, stir in the butter, then add the milk, sour cream, Ripple, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer to your serving container. If you’re going all-American, add cheese on top and pop it under the broiler or into the microwave to melt. Garnish with chopped chives and serve to your guests.

 

Flying High Pecan Pie

Servings: 10

THC per Serving: 1mg THC/serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 packed Ripple pure
  • 1 premade unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 heaping cup chopped pecans

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (Optional: Toast pecans for 10 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant) Spread the pecans in the pie crust.
  2. Mix the sugars, corn syrup, butter, eggs, vanilla, and Ripple. Pour on top of the pecans in the pie crust
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
  4. Remove foil and continue baking for 30 minutes, or until set (aka this pie should NOT be able to get jiggy with it)
  5. Let cool for a few hours or overnight. Then serve.

Sub non-dairy butter and egg substitute (try Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer)

Serene Savory Stuffing

Servings: 5

THC per Serving: 0.1mg THC + 4mg CBD/serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 packed Ripple Relief
  • 6 cups bread cut into 1 inch cubes (let air dry on sheet pan for 1-2 days or bake in the oven at 250 degrees to about 30 minutes or until dried)
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 1.5 cups chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh theme (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh safe (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dired)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
  • ¾ cup celery, finely idced
  • ¾ cup onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp salt

Extras

Feel free to add apple and cranberry, mushroom and bacon, or sausage and chestnut

Sub non-dairy butter and meatless stock

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Add the celery and onion and saute until tender.
  2. Add the chicken stock, herbs, and Ripple. Stir in the dried bread cubes until just combined (over-stirring will make this mushy).
  3. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake until top is golden brown, about 30 minutes.

 

Sleepy Pumpkin Pie

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

  • 1 packed Ripple Sleep
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree (half a 15 oz can)
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (half a 15 oz can)
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

 Make it Vegan

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 inch by 13 inch cake pan with parchment paper and/or grease well.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, Ripple, and spices together.
  3. Whisk oils, sugars, pumpkin, coconut milk and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients, and mix just until no dry bits remain.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool, then serve.
