- 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Rinse the mushrooms. Break off the stems and set aside for other use (they’re great to add to any vegetable dish).
- Brush the mushroom caps with melted butter, then place top-side down on a sheet pan
- Stir the spices, herbs, and Ripple into the remaining butter, then add the breadcrumbs and cheese
- Add a spoonful of the mixture to each cap, and bake for 9-12 minutes

Steps
- Chop the potatoes into even cubes. Place in a pot with the garlic and 1 tbs salt, and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are easily pierced with a form (about 15-20 minutes)
- Drain and return to the pot. Mash the potatoes to your desired consistency, stir in the butter, then add the milk, sour cream, Ripple, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to your serving container. If you’re going all-American, add cheese on top and pop it under the broiler or into the microwave to melt. Garnish with chopped chives and serve to your guests.
Flying High Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 packed Ripple pure
- 1 premade unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 heaping cup chopped pecans
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (Optional: Toast pecans for 10 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant) Spread the pecans in the pie crust.
- Mix the sugars, corn syrup, butter, eggs, vanilla, and Ripple. Pour on top of the pecans in the pie crust
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
- Remove foil and continue baking for 30 minutes, or until set (aka this pie should NOT be able to get jiggy with it)
- Let cool for a few hours or overnight. Then serve.

Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 inch by 13 inch cake pan with parchment paper and/or grease well.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, Ripple, and spices together.

- Pour batter into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
